Simulation theory
What if this universe is an experiment to see what happens when the creators do something? Maybe many such experiments are being run in other universes. But why so much time to create living beings? Does it mean that the simulators are kind of eternal beings (at least in human timeframe). Maybe it is time dilation. Or did they do it for their future generations? The vastness of the universe (compared to earth) lives nothing to imagination (At least until we find evidence of life somewhere else in the universe). This has got to be an experiment. Life evolved randomly. There are laws governing randomness. Maybe intelligent design was introduced after suitable conditions were found on earth. What if these experiments are part of high school project? Like a video game; only the outcome was not decided in advance. What if the game was copy pasted with some changes? What if the passing criteria was the creation of life? Maybe one of the students finally succeded. I am getting cheeky. Could simulation be similar to brain in a vat?
Spirituality adds an extra dimension. Reading through the experiences of multiple people and my own experiences (you know what I mean) has convinced me that science has not been able to comprehend everything.
Consciousness and natural state have been recurring themes in my quest. Enlightenment leads to physical and mental transformations. Psychic abilities are real. People have supernatural powers.
How do we connect the dots? Where does karma fit in? A simple explanation is that there are extra layers to the process of creation of life and the universe itself. There is more than what meets the eyes. IMO gods do not exist the way humans portray them.
Should it affect our way of living if this world is a simulation? Why does it matter if we are pure consciousness or something else? Why should the objective of life be to realize the fact that we are pure consciousness? If life was random, these things should not be our objectives.
